April 25th

Breakfast: 2 egg white omelets
snack: 1 scoop LDP
Lunch: Pei wei salad, no wontons dressing on the side
snack: 1 scoop LDP
Dinner: Scallop/calamari/shrimp salad with no dressing
Mojito and vodka soda.

Workout: 45 minutes cardio
