April 21st

Breakfast: 2 egg white omelets
snack: 1 scoop LDP
Lunch: Jasons deli, turkey wrap no guac, no ranch, with a steamed veggie cup
Snack: 1 tbsp humus, handful of blueberries
Dinner: Halibut, green beans
1 glass of Pinot Noir, 100 calorie snickers bar

Appx: 11oo calories

Workout: 35 minute cardio
